She performed at churches at restaurants, in the midst of holiday weekends, and everywhere she was able to within a 30 mile distance. Alaina was eight years old when she won in the Southern Stars Pageant's talent contest. She was then selected to sing on the Kids Stage of Chattanooga's Riverbend Festival. In the following years, she performed every year on this stage until 12, when the contest which allowed her to appear on the main stage of the festival was the winner. She travelled to Orlando, Florida, when she was 10 to participate at the American Model and Talent Competition. She defeated more than 1,500 children to win the competition. Alaina sang with the Georgia Country Gospel Music Association Children's Choir. Alaina was first in Nashville in her teens. She played at Tootsie's Bar, which is a bar in the area situated on Broadway. Alaina, who is born on the 29th of September 1989, was the winner of the WinniSTAR Talent competition, which was open to youngsters at Lake Winnepesaukah.
